I would like to reserve a Double Room for the seminar (add $22/night to your registration fee) each Double Room includes a bathroom.
I would like to reserve Quad Room for the seminar (add $25/night to your registration fee). Quads include 2 Double Rooms (2 occupants per room), with 2 bathrooms for each quad, as well as a shared kitchenette and a living area.
Please provide me with linens (add a $23 fee for linens to your registration fee).
I will be arranging my own accommodations.

While parking may be found off-campus, we recommend use of the CSU parking facility. At $60 for the duration, it is the safest and easiest option if you have a vehicle.
